The FlexEhoop® is a fun and very addictive way to exercise.  You don't even really notice how hard you are working out until later when muscles you didn't know you had are sore.  I definitely would recommend the FlexEhoop® to anyone and everyone that doesn't like a regular workout and wants to have fun. It took me a few weeks to learn it but I was determined as my daughter learned it in 5 min. I really like that you can use it as a resistant band to strengthen and stretch.  This is an awesome product!

I like to exercise with the FlexEhoop® because I'm trying lose weight around waist, I think the hoop is good for your total body, and doesn't hurt your waist while you use it. I love it.

I have been using the FlexEhoop for 2 or 3 minutes a time several times a day for 10 days now. I use my whole body when engaging the hoop. My stomach, waist, legs, even the part of my upper under arm seems to be tightening. I really like the weight of the hoop. That helps me tighten my mid section.  I am keeping before and after pictures for one month to see the changes. Happy hooping.

Using the FlexEhoop is one of the best exercise I have done for abs, oblique's and hips. You wouldn't think that just by simply hula hooping that you'd work up a major sweat and be sore the next day. However, this is no ordinary hula hoop and it gives me a rockin workout every time I use it!
