Return Policy
Money Back Return:
We have a 15-day return policy, so if you change your mind, you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Package must be unopened and in the same condition as it was upon receipt. There is a $15 restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping.

Defective:
After you use the FlexEhoop® and find it is defective, please contact us through email: flexehoop@gmail.com. You will need to show a photo of defect. If it is a non-fixable problem (not due to user misuse) we will initiate an exchange. You will not have to return the defective FlexEhoop® to us. There is no refund for defective product.
Missing Parts:
Please let us know if there is something missing. All the items on the box should be inside: hoop, plug, mini funnel, and screw tool.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received, inspected and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at flexehoop@gmail.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
